The founder is a sole proprietorship supported by 30 years of extensive work-life experience. The founder has served in key personnel and leadership roles during a lucrative career in state government, academia/medical centers, and the private sector. These key roles have provided excellent opportunities to successfully work through complex and complicated matters at various levels of engagement within the workplace and personal environments.
The founder holds a master's in Human Services with a concentration in Conflict Resolution, including advanced certifications in conflict resolution and mediation, both from St. Edwards University, in Austin, Texas. The founder also holds a second master's in healthcare administration from Texas Tech University Health Science Center, Lubbock, Texas, and a bachelor’s in healthcare administration from Southwest Texas State University (currently known as Texas State University), San Marcos, Texas.
