 We assist with various types of issues including HOA issues, LGBTQ, contracts, patient or client advocacy, work-related conflicts, healthcare issues, roommates, friends, family, or neighbors. A minimum of 2-hour engagement is required; however, there is a price increase for additional time.  If the issues are with your employer and type of organization affiliation must be provided to identify any conflicts of interest for the mediator.
 

We offer to facilitate meetings or discussions which are sometimes difficult conduct when a perceived conflict of interest persists or others need to be participants and not facilitators. Let us do the hard part to keep your team (s) or yourself focused during the process development or implementation stages. 

Our program may provide you with a complete and thorough analysis of a  personal or business-related situation that may be hindering personal or business growth. These results will l be based on information provided by the interviewee at the time of the intake.  

Our program may provide you with one-to-one coaching for all types of relationships.  This interaction is intended to improve communication skills in preparation to have crucial or difficult conversations.
